DIY: Rake 'Em Up

/ Friday, November 11, 2011 /

With leaves on the floor, and trees changing colors, this next project is more than appropriate! Why? Because all you need is a rake!

Here’s how we’ll go about it:
  1. Grab a rusty rake from your backyard—if you don’t have one, you can always visit the nearest junkyard or antique shop.
  2. Discard the stick so that you’re left with the comb of the rake.
  3. Hang the comb on a nail wherever you please!
  4. How simple was that? Your necklace display is ready! Start hangin’.
Our favorite part about this DIY is that it also doubles as home d├ęcor.  This rusty rake not only remedies tangled chains, but wow, does it spice up a wall! Enjoy!
